Our Memorable Team-Building Journey: Exploring the Beauty of Zhejiang

At Jiuying, we believe that strong teamwork is the foundation of our success. Recently, we organized a four-day, three-night team-building retreat to Zhejiang, where our team explored the scenic highlights of Hangzhou, the charm of Wuzhen, and the tranquility of Mount Putuo. This trip wasn’t just a getaway—it was an opportunity to strengthen our bond, refresh our minds, and come back with renewed energy.

Day 1: Hangzhou – Captivated by West Lake’s Beauty

Our journey began in the beautiful city of Hangzhou. Known for its lush landscapes and the renowned West Lake, Hangzhou offered a relaxing start to our adventure. As we walked along the shores of West Lake, taking in views of the serene waters and the iconic Leifeng Pagoda, everyone felt an immediate sense of peace. The time we spent here was an opportunity to connect with each other outside of our work environment. From leisurely walks to shared stories, our team enjoyed the calm that nature provided, with plenty of photos to capture the moment!

Day 2: Wuzhen – Stepping Back in Time in an Ancient Water Town

Next, we traveled to Wuzhen, one of China’s most famous ancient water towns. Wuzhen is renowned for its picturesque canals, stone bridges, and traditional architecture. Walking along the cobbled streets, we felt as though we’d stepped back in time.

As dusk settled in, the water town transformed under the glow of traditional lanterns. We enjoyed a team dinner and spent the evening playing team-building games by the water’s edge. The activities allowed us to laugh together and fostered a spirit of unity and collaboration. Wuzhen’s enchanting atmosphere helped bring us closer and made for unforgettable memories.

Day 3: Mount Putuo – A Day of Reflection and Tranquility

Our last day brought us to Mount Putuo, a sacred Buddhist site known for its peaceful temples and scenic ocean views. We hiked up the mountain as a team, encouraging one another and enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings. At the top, we took a moment to appreciate the panoramic views and visit the ancient temples to make personal wishes for the future. This day of reflection reminded us of the importance of mindfulness and gave us a chance to recharge..
