New 315 Ton Hydraulic Press for Pot Making Machine

We’re excited to announce the latest addition to our production line— a brand new 315-ton hydraulic press for aluminum pot manufacturing! This state-of-the-art machine will significantly enhance the precision, efficiency, and overall quality of our aluminum cookware production. The new press will play a critical role in shaping and molding aluminum into pots and pans with higher strength and durability, while maintaining the aesthetic qualities that our customers expect.

The Science Behind Hydraulic Power

At the heart of the 315-ton hydraulic press is the hydraulic booster cylinder, which amplifies pressure through pistons and shafts of different sizes. This design directly applies Pascal’s Law of Energy Conservation, where pressure applied to an enclosed fluid transmits evenly throughout the system. A small piston generates low pressure, which is then transferred to a larger piston, amplifying the force required for pressing operations.

This amplification occurs based on the ratio of the pistons' cross-sectional areas. In simpler terms, the smaller piston generates low pressure, which moves to the larger piston, dramatically increasing the force applied. The increased pressure, sometimes dozens of times greater than the initial force, makes it possible for the hydraulic press to shape aluminum efficiently and precisely.

Hydraulic Press Stages

The hydraulic press operates in a series of interconnected stages. First, the intake ports (P1/P2) remain open while the booster cylinder stays in a return state. The system then activates intake at P4 and exhaust at P1, completing the pre-pressing action. Later, the intake at P3 and exhaust at P2 causes the booster piston to drop, increasing pressure and amplifying the force. The process continues with intake at P1/P2 to return the booster piston and front axle to their starting positions.

This intricate sequence allows the hydraulic system to convert low pressure into high pressure, creating the immense force needed for the press to perform. The result is precise and consistent aluminum pot production, capable of handling heavy-duty tasks like metal forging, molding, and more.

Stretching Molds for Pot Refining

Once the aluminum is pressed into shape, stretching molds take over. These molds further refine the pot shape by stretching the material over a mold cavity. This step ensures even wall thickness and enhances the strength and durability of the pots, eliminating potential flaws like uneven thickness or air pockets.

With the addition of the 315-ton hydraulic press and advanced stretching molds, we’re set to boost the production capacity and improve the quality of our aluminum cookware. This new order strengthens our commitment to meeting high industry standards and fulfilling the growing demand for durable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing aluminum pots and pans.
