Installation Process

To achieve the best performance from your J23-25t punch press, it’s crucial to follow a proper installation process. After leveling the machine and installing the anchor bolts, the foundation should be poured with concrete. Once the concrete is solidified, the machine should be checked for levelness again. The surface must be cleaned using kerosene to remove the anti-rust grease, taking care not to damage the paint. Oil holes, circuits, and lubrication points must be kept clean to ensure smooth operation.


Daily Maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential to ensure the longevity and efficiency of your punch press.

Before starting work, clean the work area and remove unnecessary items. Check the lubrication of all moving parts and inspect the die for any signs of wear. Test the clutch, brake band, and manipulator to ensure everything is working as expected.

During operation, use an oil gun to lubricate the machine regularly. If a workpiece becomes stuck in the die, stop the press immediately and investigate the cause. Remove waste materials with tools rather than hands, and ensure that sheets are clean and lubricated during shallow stretching operations. Never insert hands into the die while the machine is running, and immediately address any unusual noises or operational issues.

After work, disengage the clutch, stop the motor, and tidy up the area. Wipe down the machine, clean up metal cuttings, and apply anti-rust oil to die edges and unpainted surfaces to prevent corrosion.
