New Order: Welding Manipulator and Plate Rolling Machine

We are excited to announce a new order from our customer in Bulgaria, featuring our welding manipulator and plate rolling machine. These advanced machines are designed to improve efficiency, precision, and safety in various industrial operations.

Welding Manipulator

Our welding manipulator is ideal for welding seams and rings on working cylinder parts such as pressure vessels and petrochemical containers. The manipulator features a single beam and transverse column design with 45 steel guide rails, ensuring stability and durability. The telescopic arm inside the beam increases horizontal reach, making it ideal for larger tasks. The beam is lifted by an AC motor for smooth, uniform speed during automatic circumferential seam welding, with anti-drop safety equipment included.

The telescopic beam, electric slewing column, and electric trolley are all equipped with AC motor frequency control for stretch mark speed control, providing constant torque output and soft speed, especially at low speeds. This ensures fast starts and stops, with speed settings and presets available for optimized performance.

The slewing column is available in manual and electric types and includes a slewing support that offers high precision, flexible rotation, and safe, reliable locking via a pneumatic system. The trolley, which is used for automatic welding ring machines, adopts a standard track for walking and comes in manual and electric versions. It is designed for light, mobile operators with a smaller electrical range, while the electric version suits heavier or more mobile operators.

The plate rolling machine bends non-metallic plates into shapes like cones, spheres, or cylinders. It is widely used in industries such as manufacturing, boiler steam, and chemical processing. Available in three-roller and four-roller designs, this machine provides precise and flexible bending capabilities for a range of materials and shapes.

Three-Roller vs. Four-Roller Plate Rolling Machine

Under the same model, the price of a three-roller plate rolling machine is generally lower than that of a four-roller plate rolling machine, as the accuracy and working efficiency of the three-roller machine are typically lower. If the machine isn’t used frequently and the accuracy requirements for the workpiece aren’t high, the three-roller plate rolling machine offers a cost-effective solution. However, for higher product requirements, a four-roller plate rolling machine is recommended, offering better cost performance, higher accuracy, and improved working efficiency.
