Leveling machine of steel tank production line
I. The main structure of Leveling machine
The machine is composed of body part, lubrication part, electric control part and so on.
1. Body part
The body part is composed of upper working roller, lower working roller, upper and lower supporting roller device, lifting mechanism, main transmission device, upper roll stroke indicating device, frame and base.
1-1. Upper work roll
The upper work roll is composed of upper roll bearing seat, upper beam, upper roll and upper roll support, etc.
The upper beam adopts arc guide rail to facilitate the upper roll tilt;
The upper roller is supported by self-aligning roller bearing to reduce friction loss.
Upper roll material: GCr15,HRC58-62
1-2. Lower work roll
The lower working roller is composed of the lower roller bearing seat, the lower roller and the lower roller support.
The lower roller is supported by self-aligning roller bearing to reduce friction loss.
Bottom roller material: GCr15, HRC58-62
1-3. Upper and lower roller device
The upper roller device is composed of roller, bracket, movable beam, pull rod, etc.
The lower roller device is composed of roller, bracket, pull rod, etc.
Roller material: GCr15,HRC55-60
1-4. Lifting mechanism
The lifting of the upper roller adopts two sets of motor, worm gear and screw screw mechanism, and adopts electric adjustment.
1-5. Main drive
The main transmission device is composed of motor, ZSY hard tooth surface reducer, belt pulley transmission mechanism, split gear box, universal coupling, etc., to ensure that 13 work rollers are main transmission.
1-6 Upper roll stroke indicator device
The upper roll stroke indication device consists of displacement sensor and 10-inch display screen.
1-7. Rack and base
The frame and base are welded parts and annealed after welding.
2. Lubrication part
1.Lubrication part DDB-36 multi-point dry oil pump, oil distributor, pipeline, pipe joint, etc., centralized lubrication of the upper and lower working roller and roller support.
2. The electronic control part is composed of the operating table and control circuit, which can be used in two ways: NUMERICAL control and digital display.
