This machine is developed by our company according to the particularity of H-beam fillet welding at horizontal position and combining with our company experience collected by lots years in the area of studying and making welding equipment. It mainly consists of gantry frame, sliding board unit, welding gun tracing unit, flux recovery and treatment system, electrical control system and SAW welding machine, etc.

The gantry frame is the equipment main part, the rigidity and strangth is caculated carefully, which has the davanced and resonable design, main machine part had been treated for getting rid of the stress, which has the good character of long term using and safety and reliable running. The traveling unit is driven by two sets of AC motor and controled by the inveter to achieve the double side driving at the same time. There is the wheel leaning unit at the side of rail to ensure the gantry running speed is steady and safetly.

Welding head on the welding arm can be adjusted up and down, right and left by multi-adjustable eccentricity wheel and high precision recangle rail. The slide board right and left moving and welding arm up and down moving are driven by the motor reducer and rack and gear wheel, which can suit for the difference beam welding and ensure the runing steady and reliable.

Equiping the arc guiding rack for the H-beam fillet welding way. This arc guiding rack adopts triple axis mechanical tracing, up and down tracing is used the gas cylinder and welding arm self weight guiding wheel to compacting the workpiece, right and left rotation is drivting type tracing, also it has welding gun inching adjusting unit to ensure the welding gun aim at the correct position and avoid the departurare phenomenon at normal condition.

Welding system: Chengdu Zhenzhong MZ-1000 SAW welding power, wire feeding machine, etc, 2 sets (Or American Lincoln DC-1000 welding power, NA-3S welding control box and single wire welding head, welding torch, 2 sets for each.

Spare parts: Including electric guiding noozle 2 pieces, pushbutton switch 2 pieces.
